Condiment Station

One of the principles in designing for manufacture is design for assembly. In this project, we were prompted to make a station that held 3 condiment bottles over a sandwich tray and a way of indexing between them. I was to fabricate all the parts, but I also had to make assembly instructions for another student to assemble it. I used a similar design language for this condiment station based off of my Annulus Condiment Cap, rotating the condiments over the tray and indexing with ball roller bearings. I originally wanted to have a bent sheet metal part for the core, but I chose to eliminate that in favor of a reusable assembly aid.
